I corrected my debit info and the order went through very quickly only for me to be told it would be delivered at the end of September! I promptly cancelled the order. I wish to support my local book stores. I understand if they didn't have it in stock but if there is a problem with processing a payment, the payer should be notified IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!! I have wasted weeks with these people!!!!!!!

Very dissatisfied! I ordered a book for my daughter's summer coursework that she needs to turn in on the first day of school (August 28, 2017). In the meantime, I got a new debit card but the store had my old debit card information. I don't order from Booksamillion very often, if at all because we usually visit the store. WEEKS went by and I finally got online to look at my order and it said there was a problem with my debit info. WHY didn't they send an email straightaway like other companies do to let me know this?! Why did I have to sit for weeks thinking that my order had been processed when it hadn't?!

My daughter devours book series, and books a million is right around the corner from our house so it's a first choice for us. The staff here is friendly and very helpful. They have a wonderful selection of books, and a large table with activities to keep the little ones busy.

Friendly staff, and great selection of books in stock. There are always books on clearance, if you're looking for a bargain buy. They have a bunch of tat up by the registers, just like any book store does. Great selection of vinyl figurines, pop culture merchandise, and even some good records (you can get a halfway-to-decent record player too if you want). The comic book section doesn't seem to get the most recent issues in all that much, but they do have a wide selection, if you're looking to pick up something different. They even have some board games, movies, and toys for kids, so it's much more than just a bookstore.

Excellent establishment. Prices could be better but they do what they have to to survive. Selection is amazing and I never walk out not having what i went in looking for. Frequent visitor.

Large selection of books but they don't have everything I've looked for. There's a nice selection of board games, puzzles, and non-book related items on the side. It's like a local Barnes and Noble but the staff is much more friendly and helpful

(I also have a gripe with the school district for sending hundreds of students to get a book that there are so few copies of...another story for another day...)
