Great subs! Fresh and fast. Lots of choices too. I thought it was much better than Jimmy John's or most of the other plethora of sub places.
I love penn station but they are a rude group of ppl that work at the Beverly Hills location. I hope they can learn good customer service skills.
Very very slow. We were there for over 30 minutes, and it wasn't even that busy. They don’t know what they’re doing! One girl, Maya (Miya), went from using cleaning products to clean up to making my sandwich without washing her hands...and then lied about it, when confronted! Terrible business.
The subs always taste delicious! Staff is always nice and quick with making the food and if you eat in they bring it out to your table. Great place for lunch or whatever time you really want a good sub
this is a TERRIBLE location! they got my order completely wrong! I ordered a steak and cheese with a few toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, mild peppers and onions), the only topping they put on it was the peppers! (i didn’t notice until i got home)... the fryers were down so i wasn’t able to order fries and i had to wait at least 15 minutes just for the sub that was wrong! i will not be returning! first and last time for this location!!! REMEMBER FIRST IMPRESSIONS MEAN ALOT
