I am all for friendly staff, but here they can be overly helpful. Every visit I am asked multiple times if I need help by different employees & sometimes only a minute will pass between offers. Prices run a bit high, but the selection is great which is what keeps me coming back
This place is amazing. What an example of excellent local business. Stop supporting the big box pet stores and make this place where you buy your pet supplies.
Super organized, clean, and friendly pet store. The employees are very kind and it's evident that they truly want what is best for animals. They also have a tortoise that walks around freely in the pet store. I believe his name is Winston. This pet store is genuinely a place filled with love, hope, and joy for pets and people!
The entire staff is knowledgeable (aside from one rat-related incident) and helpful. Place is super clean and all the animals seem to be well taken care of. Love going there to see what’s new.
Great store. This was my first time in. Huge selection, prices were good. Watch out for the giant turtle roaming the isles!
